Designing the interior for the new holiday homes complex and completion of full finishing works.

Amberton Villas complex is located in Karklė, just 100 metres away from the sea. The vacation villas are ideally suited for those who want to escape their daily routine and enjoy a peaceful and natural surroundings.

Purpose: hotel and administrative premises.

Layout: 9 houses/cottages.

Features: Elpekas developed the interior design project in cooperation with Anželika Pocevičienė, project manager and author of the project design, and furniture supplier DecoNamai (Atvidėja, UAB).

Elpekas also executed all interior finishing work. Each cottage has 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, a living room and a kitchen. There is also a private residential building with a conference room.
