ELPEKAS is one of the largest real estate investment and development companies in western Lithuania. We have been developing real estate projects in Palanga and the city and district of Klaipėda for nearly a decade.

Support for regional development

We have recently been focusing on modern housing projects of class A+ or class A++ energy performance which meet modern sustainability trends and standards. These projects stand out for their high level of quality, boast excellent thermal and sound insulation and require lower maintenance costs.

In 2019, ELPEKAS received an award from the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania and was ranked among the 7 percent of the most financially stable companies in Lithuania.

Our dynamic and fast-growing company with its professional team has already completed 9 commercial and residential real estate projects in the city and district of Klaipėda, which translates into more than 30,000 sq metres of real estate floor space. We have delivered 102 apartments in the central part and the Old Town of Klaipėda and a total of 145 private houses in the district of Klaipėda.

Žvejų 4 – our humble achievement

The project included the reconstruction of a building and the completion of multi-purpose premises at Žvejų Street, one of the busiest Old Town locations of Klaipėda situated near the embankment of the Danė River and the Smiltynė Old Ferry Terminal.
 
In the main building, a terrace overlooking the river was constructed. The top floors accommodate 24 luxury apartments sized between 40 and 100 sq metres each.
 
Besides the residential premises, these buildings also house commercial and administrative spaces which accommodate the representative office of Philip Morris’s IQOS brand, the specialized fish and seafood store Šiaurės Jūra, and the restaurants Dock and Bardakas.

Launch of the 2nd phase of the Nemirsetos Parkas project encompassing 3,005 sq metres of floor space, or 4 apartment buildings with 60 private apartments.

Launch of the Vanagupės Pušynas project encompassing 4,000 sq metres of floor space, or 76 private apartments with SPA complex 272 sq.m.

Launch of the 1st phase of the Nemirsetos Parkas project encompassing 2,800 sq metres of floor space, or 24 apartments and 24 private cottages.

Completion of modernization Amberton hotel in Klaipėda, including the refurbishment of 55 new rooms.
Successful completion of the 2nd phase of the Pakrantės Alėja project encompassing 2,410 sq metres of floor space, or 28 private houses.
Completion of the 2nd phase of the Smilties Namai project encompassing 360 sq metres of floor space, or 6 apartments.
Completion of Amberton Villas, a project which included a turn-key construction of 9 houses for recreational use.
Completion of the 1st phase of the Pakrantės Alėja project encompassing 2,100 sq metres of floor space, or 27 private houses.
Completion of the 1st phase of the Smilties Namai project encompassing 1,150 sq metres of floor space, or 14 apartments.
