Elpekas has completed the 1st construction phase of Pakrantės Alėja, a new residential estate in the seaside region. A total of 27 buildings: 24 detached private houses and 3 cottage-type houses – have been erected in the modern private residential complex in the district of Klaipėda. Each private house has been assigned a land plot of 5 ares.
The buildings in the new residential complex meet class A+ energy performance requirements; thus, better thermal insulation qualities and heat loss reduction ensure efficient and more environmentally-friendly heating. New occupants will be able to make the most of the sustainable and healthy living environment as Pakrantės Alėja is unique for its green spaces and sports infrastructure. It also offers areas dedicated to children and leisure activities.
The first residential estate Pakrantės Alėja, opened for sales in spring 2019, attracted a great deal of attention from prospective occupants and was sold out within just 3 months of launch. Thus, the construction of the second residential estate was scheduled for 2020. Both developments are located in Klaipėda district, just a few minutes away from the city centre of Klaipėda: 1st phase: Trušeliai (9 to 10 minutes away from Klaipėda centre), 2nd phase: Ginduliai (4 to 5 minutes away from Klaipėda centre). The construction of the 2nd stage is scheduled to be completed by spring 2021.
