The residential estate under development is strategically located just 4 to 5 minutes away from the city centre of Klaipėda. There is a sports ground and several shopping centres in the vicinity of the residential estate. It is expected that the residential estate in Ginduliai will be ready to welcome its first occupants by the end of 2020. The project is scheduled to be completed by the spring of 2021.
Young families will be offered a state-funded subsidy for their first-time housing purchase in Pakrantės Alėja II. The state compensation provided for real estate purchases from this project ranges from €13,000 to €26,000 per housing unit.
