Project scope: renovation of 55 hotel rooms.

Project details: full refurbishment of 55 rooms of a luxury 254-room hotel. Hotel guests can choose to stay in economy rooms or luxury class rooms overlooking the sea. The hotel also offers a presidential suite. The real estate investment and management company Elpekas which executed the hotel refurbishment project offers a wide range of building modernization solutions and a full spectrum of construction services: from project preparation to construction management and execution.
